Cape Girardeau's largest independent office supply and furniture company has relocated to 900 S. Kinghsighway, Suite A in Cape Girardeau. Tom Kelsey, commercial broker with Lorimont Commercial Real Estate who handled the recent lease transaction for the 6,000 square feet space said the company owned by Sally Legrand has recently relocated to the new location near the intersection of S. Kingshighway and Southern Expressway.
The company handles office furniture and office supplies along with over 25,000 other office related items, either in stock or just a short order away from quality suppliers. The company also offers full delivery services throughout the entire Southeast Missouri region. Other services include design and graphic lay-outs, free on-site consultation, delivery and installation. Offices Unlimited has over 20 years of combined experience in the office furniture and supply industry. Their newest location will provide easier access to their regional customers throughout the Southeast Missouri region. Their expanded showroom and warehouse will also enable them to expand their offerings and storage capabilities.
The entire 17,000 square-foot building on two-acres was formerly occupied by Cape Tractor Trailer Supply’s for many years and has been completely renovated by the present owners, B & T Rentals, LLC. Kelsey said the remaining 11,000 square feet of the building is also being completely remodeled for an additional tenant and more announcements will be made about that new business in the near future.
