Cim-Tek Filtration of Bement, Illinois, has purchased the former Parker Hannifin manufacturing facility located at 1200 Ely St. in Kennett, Missouri, with plans for an expansion factory, according to Lorimont broker Chris Cole, who recently handled the sale transaction for Parker Hannifin along with co-broker Anthony Delguyd of Hanna Commercial in Cleveland.
