Matt Huber is a commercial real estate agent with Lorimont Commercial Real Estate, serving clients throughout Cape Girardeau and Southeast Missouri. Since entering real estate in 2023, Matt has been actively involved in commercial sales and leasing transactions representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

His experience includes commercial buildings, investment properties, industrial properties, retail and office space, development land, and site selection. Matt works with property owners, businesses, investors, and developers to market properties, identify opportunities, evaluate real estate, and successfully navigate commercial transactions.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Matt spent more than 10 years in the utiliity industry in territory management and business and economic development. This experience gives him a valuable understanding of utilities, economic development, business expansion, and site selection. It is this well-rounded skillset that Matt brings to the Lorimont team. Matt focuses on assisting investors, businesses, and developers in site selection, excess property sales, and tenant and landlord representation.

Matt holds an MBA with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Southeast Missouri State University and completed the economic development program at the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.

Matt is focused on providing clients with local market knowledge, responsive service, and practical commercial real estate expertise throughout Cape Girardeau and Southeast Missouri.
