Cape’s newest consumer loan
company has recently opened at 97 N. Kingshighway, Suite #9 in the
Crossroads Center at Independence and Kingshighway.
Sunbelt Credit, headquartered in Spartenburg, South Carolina
specializes in consumer credit lending.
Tom Kelsey, commercial broker with
Lorimont Place, Ltd. handled the lease transaction for Rock and Judy
Wilferth, owners of the Crossroads Shopping Center.
The 1,060 square foot office space was formerly occupied by
Tele-Touch Communications, who recently relocated.
The high traffic and visibility shopping area has a combination
of retail, restaurant and office tenants.
Kelsey
said Sunbelt has several other Missouri offices including
multi-locations in the St. Louis and Kansas City areas, Springfield,
Sedalia, Saint Peters and Jefferson City.
The new Cape Girardeau office will cover the Southeast Missouri
region.
