Spartech Corporation has expanded in Cape Girardeau
with the addition of 14,000 square feet of warehouse space at their
sheet division operation located at 2500 Spartech Drive in Cape.
Tom Kelsey, commercial broker who handled the
transaction said the warehouse building located at 229 Rear Broadview is
adjacent to the Spartech factory complex.
The expansion will allow the plastics manufacturer additional
production and warehousing facility.
Kelsey said the Wilferth family owns the leased property and
formerly housed one of United Oil Company’s warehousing facilities.
