ATTORNEY GROUP TO BUILD NEW OFFICES IN CAPE

Silver Springs Road & W. Independence in Cape

A prominent Cape Girardeau attorney group plans on building a new office at the corner of Silver Springs Road and Independence in West Cape Girardeau.

Vogel, Layton and Lewis LLC recently purchased two parcels of land totaling about 1.05 acres and have plans to immediately construct a new office building on the site. The attorney group presently includes Raymond Vogel, John Layton and Ben Lewis.   Additional partners and occupants of the building may be announced in the near future.

Presently located in offices at the Silver Springs Office Building at 351 S. Silver Springs Road, the group are finalizing their construction plans and hope to be occupied in their new quarters within 4 to 6 months.  Tom Kelsey, Broker with Lorimont Place, Ltd. handled the land sale of one of the parcels of property purchased.
