TWO BUSINESSES TO LOCATE TO LORIMONT DEVELOPMENT

Lorimont Development in Cape Girardeau, Missouri

Steel Concepts and Design, LLC will relocate their offices to the Lorimont development on South Mount Auburn Road.  Tom Kelsey commercial broker, who handles the leasing there, confirmed that the company has leased a 2,793 square-foot office suite at 272 S. Mount Auburn Road.  Steel Concepts, formed in 1996 is owned by Rocky Francis and contracts with principals, engineers and architects to produce high quality, accurate and dependable shop drawings for industrial, commercial and residential projects.  The business employs a staff of experienced steel detailers and has worked on projects throughout the world.  Also sharing the office suite will be Angela Francis Interiors, a professional interior design company that specializes in interior design services in the Cape Girardeau and Southeast Missouri areas. Angela Francis is an allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers organization.  Kelsey said the space is currently being redecorated to accommodate both husband and wife businesses with an occupancy date within the next 45 days or so.  The Lorimont development, built in 1993 is a 90,500 square-foot corporate office complex anchored by MedAssets, a healthcare group-purchasing company.
