A new Southeast Missouri website has been launched featuring commercial and business news from the region.  The site,  tomkelsey.com http://www.tomkelsey.com went officially on line November 1, 2000.

Tom Kelsey, broker with Lorimont Place, Ltd. has been active in the real estate business since 1975 and since 1993 with the Lorimont firm handling exclusively commercial, industrial and development properties. Kelsey saw a need to expand internet news coverage to include transactions, news, trends and information beyond what his agency was involved in.

The site will include a section of sold and leased properties, which will be an excellent resource for businesspeople, other real estate professionals including agents and brokers.  Bankers, attorneys and real estate appraisers will especially appreciate knowing some of the breaking news about our region and find resources for comparables and market trends.
