RE/MAX REALTY EXPERTS RELOCATES OFFICES

The local RE/MAX real estate franchise for the Cape Girardeau area, RE/MAX Realty Experts has relocated their offices to 2851 Professional Court, Suite A from their former location in the Crossroads Center.

Tom Kelsey, commercial broker with Lorimont Place, Ltd. handled the lease transaction for the owner, Professional Court, LLC.  The building also contains the law office of Jones & Deimund.  Kelsey said the real estate company would occupy approximately 2,200 square-feet in the multi-tenant 6,075 square-foot office building.

The local RE/MAX company currently has 10 real estate licensees and handles a variety of professional real estate services in the region. Kelsey said the company represented themselves in the lease transaction.  The new location is just off of West Independence and directly north of St. Francis Medical Center in a professional office area.  He understood the relocation of the business would be immediate.
