Q AUDIO & VIDEO TO LOCATE AT SHAWNEE CENTER

Q-The Audio & Video Store will be one of Shawnee Center's first tenants according to Tom Kelsey, commercial broker with Lorimont Place, Ltd. who is handling the leasing for the 27,900 square foot retail/office development located at Shawnee Parkway and South Silver Springs Road near the I-55 and Highway 74 interchange in West Cape Girardeau.

Kelsey reported the audio and video business, owned by Bill Green has leased 1,950 square feet of space next to Station West, a two-level kitchen, bath and decorating showroom, who will anchor Shawnee Center with 8,600 square feet.

Q-The Audio & Video Store specializes in the design and installation of home theaters, home automation, through-out music and custom car audio.  Plans are to have state of the art displays of their products including home theaters, home automation applications and car audio products throughout the store to demonstrate to customers how the products look and perform.

The business is expected to be moving to their new location sometime during the month of May.  They are presently located at 1477 North Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau.

Shawnee Center is being developed by The Rebel Group, LLC and leasing is being handled by Lorimont Place, Ltd.  Kelsey said they are working with several prospective tenants for various sized spaces in new center and expect to have further announcements in the very near future.
