Prospects for Southeast Missouri area commercial and industrial real estate property will be able to view available listings online from Lorimont Place, Ltd's new website.

Tom Kelsey, broker for the real estate brokerage company said the Internet site would contain one of the largest selections of commercial, industrial and development properties in the area. He said individual listing pages include office, retail and warehouse lease space, commercial buildings, development land and industrial sites, all located in the Cape Girardeau, Jackson and Scott City vicinity.

Kelsey said the new marketing tool will allow not only local businesses who are contemplating making a change to view his portfolio of properties, but also provide investors, brokers and companies worldwide an opportunity to consider Cape Girardeau as a prospective location. Lorimont already works with a network of other regional and national real estate professionals and this online presence will assist in a more rapid exchange of information between them.
