LANPHER STATE FARM INSURANCE TO MOVE TO NEW LOCATION

250 S. Mt. Auburn Road in Cape Girardeau, Missouri

Charlotte Lanpher, a long-time State Farm Insurance agent, will move her offices to 250 S. Mount Auburn Road.  Occupancy in the new office is expected in April according to Tom Kelsey, broker with Lorimont Place, Ltd. who handled the recent lease transaction.  The agency’s present location is 325 S. Kingshighway.

The new office space located in the Lorimont Place development will provide the insurance agency larger quarters to better serve their staff and policyholders.  Lanpher carries a full line of State Farm insurance products and specializes in farm and ranch insurance.  She has been in the business since 1978 and has received a number of awards during her business career. 

The Lorimont development is also headquarters to State Farm’s agency field office for many years.  This regional office oversees and supports the operations of all State Farm agents throughout the entire Southeast Missouri area.  The Lorimont development is a 90,500 square-foot office complex built in 1993 home to a number of businesses and anchored by MedAssets, Inc., a national medical supply chain management corporation.
