KELSEY RECEIVES REALTOR AWARD

The Missouri Association of Realtors have presented their annual   sales and leasing awards during a ceremony held by the Cape Girardeau Board of Realtors at the Drury Lodge in Cape Girardeau.

Among those receiving the Realtor's "Award of Excellence" designation were Tom Kelsey, Broker for Lorimont Place, Ltd.  Recognition is given to those who produce multi-million dollar volume for Missouri property sold and leased during 1997.

He was also a recipient of last years Realtor's Pinnacle Level award for volume in excess of $5 million dollars in sales and leasing for 1996.  Licensed in Missouri since 1975, he had previously attained the association's "Lifetime Million Dollar Award" status for multi million dollar real estate production.

Kelsey, who primarily handles commercial, industrial and development properties has headed the Lorimont firm since 1993.  In addition to handling commercial real estate brokerage for clients, the company is also involved in several of their own developments including  Lorimont Place, a 90,500 square foot office park development, Six Thirty Industrial Park, one of Cape's largest and fastest growing commercial developments and a new 170 lot residential subdivision in Jackson, Warren Place.
