KELSEY RECEIVES REALTOR AWARD

Tom Kelsey, Broker for Lorimont Place, Ltd. in Cape Girardeau has been recognized for outstanding sales and leasing during 1998 with the presentation of the prestigious REALTOR "Pinnace Level Award".  This highest level achievement is presented by the Missouri Association of Realtors to those members who produce multi-million dollar sales and leasing volumes in excess of $5 million dollars in one year. 

Kelsey has been previously cited by the real estate organization each year for outstanding sales and leasing volumes since the inception of the REALTOR Award of Excellence program began in 1996.   Licensed in Missouri since 1975, he had previously attained the association's "Lifetime Million Dollar Award" status for multi million dollar real estate production.

Kelsey, who primarily handles commercial, industrial and development properties has headed the Lorimont firm since 1993.  In addition to handling commercial real estate brokerage for clients, the company is also involved in several of their own developments including  Lorimont Place, a 90,500 square foot office park development, Six Thirty Industrial Park, one of Cape's largest and fastest growing commercial developments and a new 170 lot residential subdivision in Jackson, Warren Place.
