KELSEY RECEIVES REALTOR® AWARD

 FOR 2007 SALES & LEASES

Among those receiving the prestigious REALTOR® " Award of Excellence" designation for the year 2007 were Tom Kelsey, President and Broker for Lorimont Place, Ltd.  Recognition is given to those members who produce multi-million dollar volume for Missouri property sold and leased during the year.  

Kelsey qualified for the highest volume "Pinnacle Level"  unassisted award. It was announced that he was again a top commercial real estate producer for 2007 from the 350 members of the Cape Girardeau County Board of REALTORS®.

He has been a recipient of the outstanding sales award every year since it's inception by the REALTOR® association for the years of 1996, 1997,1998,1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.  His sales and leasing volume has been in excess of $127 million in recent years.

Licensed in Missouri since 1974, he had also been designated by the real estate trade group as a "Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club" for multi million dollar real estate production for five consecutive years.
