CAPE JIFFY LUBE FACILITY SOLD

407 S. Kingshighway - Cape Girardeau, MO

Dean Wright’s Garage, owned by Dean and Mary Wright of Cape Girardeau will relocate their auto repair business to 460 S. Kingshighway.  Jiffy Lube, a national oil change operation, formerly occupied the 2,680 square foot building.

Tom Kelsey, commercial broker with Lorimont Place, Ltd., who handled the sale and represented the seller, Shell Oil Corporation said he understands the Wright’s will be open in their new repair facility within the next 60 days.

Wright’s are a second-generation family owned auto repair business and will move from their present location at 916 Elm Street.  In addition to general auto repair, the business also specializes in bumper hitch installation, welding and auto service.  The new location will make for a more convenient location for their present and new customers.
