D&K WHOLESALE DRUG LEASES BUILDING

D & K Wholesale Drugs, Inc. has leased a shop building from Cape Airport Properties at Nash Road and I-55 Outer Road. The facility will be used for their vehicle service, maintenance and transportation services and will be in a separate location from their new warehouse operation.

The facility is located in part of the former Harris Truck and Trailer property now owned by Cape Airport Properties and occupied by various businesses.

Tom Kelsey, broker with Lorimont Place, Ltd. handled the lease arrangements.
