DEXTER RECYCLING COMPANY EXPANDING
Dexter based Bootheel Recycling is expanding
their operations with the acquisition of a new commercial
building located at 202 N. Harris Drive in Dexter, Missouri.
Tom Kelsey, commercial broker with Lorimont
Place, Ltd. confirmed the sale of the industrial property
formerly owned by Florida Marine Tank.
The 28,416 square-foot building located on 3.67 acres was
vacated by the Florida based manufacturing company last year
according to Kelsey and put on the market for sale.
The Lorimont broker understands the new buyer will
immediately make some extensive improvements to the building and
property for their business operations.
Bootheel Recycling is owned by Mark and
Kristi Booker and recycles all types of metals including scrap
iron, steel, aluminum, aluminum cans, stainless steel, brass,
copper, radiators and catalytic converters.
The newly acquired facility will allow them to
substantially increase their operations and serve their
customers more efficiently.
The seller was represented by Lorimont and the buyers
represented by Sherry Burnette Realty in Dexter.
