Best One Tire, an Indiana company who opened a brand new truck retread and auto tire shop at 5308 U.S. Highway 61 back in 2004 has closed this Jackson, Missouri operation and officially put the property on the market for sale or lease. 

Commercial Broker, Tom Kelsey with Lorimont Place, Ltd. has been appointed by the owners to market and sell the property that consists of a 27,600 square-foot building built on 5.2 acres of land.  Kelsey said the property located on high traffic and visibility Highway 61 North would be suitable for a variety of business uses.  The building has two large drive in truck shop areas, 6-bay auto shop, showroom, offices and warehouse areas with two loading docks.  The Lorimont website indicated a $2.2 million asking price for the building and real estate.

Kelsey said he is using local and outreach marketing strategies in seeking prospective buyers or tenants for the Jackson property offering.  Marketing also includes networking with other commercial brokers throughout the country by way of his affiliation with the Realtor’s Commercial Alliance organization.  He also disclosed that he is already working with some prospective buyers.
