AFLAC DISTRICT OFFICE TO RELOCATE

The Eagle Peak office building located at 760 S. Kingshighway in  Cape Girardeau will house one of the Aflac District Offices for the Southeast Missouri region.   Tom Kelsey, commercial broker with Lorimont Place, Ltd. , who handled the lease transaction said the national fortune 500 company is scheduled to occupy their new offices sometime in March.  

Joe Pupek, Aflac’s District Sales Coordinator will head up the local group.  Aflac is a 50 year old company operating in all 50 states and several foreign countries with various insurance coverage offerings including accident/disability, hospital intensive care, hospital confinement, indemnity, long-term care, specified health event, life and dental.  

With over 60,000 licensed agents nationwide, Aflac insures over 40 million individuals nationwide with more than $14.4 billion in annual revenues.  Kelsey said the relocated sales office would be in Suite M on the south side of the 45,000 square foot multi-tenant Eagle Peak building presently occupied by 9 other businesses.  He said this space was formerly leased by the State of Missouri’s Workforce agency that has now moved into the Marquette Towers building downtown.
