The medical offices of Dr. Jan Seabaugh, occupy
approximately 4,000 square feet in the Lorimont Place Development. Dr. Seabaugh
specializes in the treatment of ear, nose and throat. Dr. Seabaugh has
recently expanded into the adjoining lease space and has plans to

The Audiology Center of Southeast
Missouri occupies 1,300 square feet in the Lorimont Place upper
level. This facility is dedicated to providing a complete and professional service for the
evaluation of auditory disorders, and the rehabilitation of hearing disorders. The staff
includes Steve Brown, M.S. CCC/A and Cathy Willen M.A. CCC/A. Together they have
over 30 years of experience in the evaluation of children and adults; as well as the
evaluation, selection and fitting of hearing aids.
State Farm Insurance Company
occupies approximately 3,250 square feet in the Lorimont Place Development. This
office is used as the Regional Field Office for the agents in the Southeast Missouri
district. State Farm originally occupied a smaller space in the
development and has moved into larger quarters.

Mississippi. Located at 244 S. Mount
Auburn Road they occupy 4,000 square feet in the complex. Don
Harris, the local franchise operator who has extensive food service
experience, said the restaurant focuses on a healthy menu, a non-fast
food atmosphere and affordable family pricing.
McAlister’s feature 100 menu items including sandwiches, spuds,
salads, soups, and sweets. They are also well known for their sweet tea.
All items will be offered for carryout and catering will also be
