Among those receiving the prestigious REALTORŪ
" Award of Excellence" designation for the year 2007 were Tom Kelsey,
President and Broker for
Lorimont Place, Ltd. Recognition is given to those members who produce multi-million
dollar volume for Missouri property sold and leased during the year.
Kelsey
qualified for the highest volume "Pinnacle Level"
unassisted award. It was announced that he was again a top commercial
real estate producer for 2007 from the 350 members of the Cape Girardeau County Board of
REALTORSŪ.
He has been a recipient of the outstanding sales
award every year since it's inception by the REALTORŪ association for the years of 1996, 1997,1998,1999,
2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. His sales and leasing volume has been in
excess of $127 million in recent years.
Licensed in Missouri since 1974, he had also been designated by the real estate trade
group as a "Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club" for multi million dollar
real estate production for five consecutive years.
