Jenny's Styles will relocate to 2370 N. High Street in Jackson according to Tom Kelsey, broker for Lorimont
Place, Ltd. who handled the leasing transaction.
The new location is along Highway 61 in a new 15,000 square
foot retail-office building owned by Oak Enterprises containing several other new tenants including Ferrell Gas and The Embroidery Barn.
Jackson Machine Company in a building directly North. The 2,500
square foot space will more than double the space that Jenny's Styles is
presently in near the D-Mart at the Fruitland interchange.
The business which is owned by Jenny and Jason Grojean will feature an
expanded hair salon and tanning bed operation in the new space. The larger location will also enable more customer services, which will
be announced later.
Kelsey said he is working with other prospective tenants for the new building which is presently 67% leased.
