TO NEW LOCATION

Ferrellgas will relocate their regional offices and local customer service
department to the Jackson area in the next few weeks. Presently located at 2112
William Street, the company's new facilities will be at 2370 N. High Street, which is
along Highway 61 North between Jackson and Fruitland.
The propane retailer will occupy a portion of the space in a new 15,000
square foot commercial lease development by Farris Nabors of Oak Development. Tom
Kelsey, Broker with Lorimont Place, Ltd., who is doing the leasing for the developer
handled the transaction.
The company, which is owned by it's 5,000 employees is the largest propane
retailer in the nation based on retail gallons sold. Ferrellgas has more than 650
outlets and serves more than a million retail, commercial and industrial customers in 45
states. |
