The Jackson area will have another new business by April
1st with the opening of the Embroidery Barn in lease space located at
2370 N. High Street, also known as North Highway 61.
Chris Mantz is the owner of the business and has been
operating it for several years from the Gordonville area. The new
location consisting of 1575 square feet of showroom area will enable
Mantz to expand the operation.
The Embroidery Barn does custom embroidery work on hats,
shirts and jackets. They have the capability of doing all types of
company logo's as well as team sports items.
Tom Kelsey, broker with Lorimont Place, Ltd. handled the
lease transaction. The space is located in a brand new 15,000
square foot commercial building owned by Oak Enterprises.
Also located in the building is the Southeast Missouri
operations office of Ferrell Gas. Kelsey said he is also working
with several other lease prospects for spaces in the new building.
