Charter Communications, with over 4,240 offices
nationwide will have two new Cape Girardeau locations sometime near the
first of March. The St.
Louis based communications giant will move from their present offices at
1620 N. Kingshighway, where they have headquartered for several years to
3140 Nash Road, which is located in the Cape Airport area.
Tom Kelsey, commercial broker with Lorimont Place,
Ltd. who handled both transactions said the 9,600 square foot building
would provide them more warehouse and yard space.
The new location will also house their technical and support
staff in the 4,800 square foot office area.
Rhodes 101 Convenience Stores presently occupies the building as
their operations center and area warehouse.
Rhodes will move to Charter’s location on North Kingshighway.
