Best Rate Mortgage will relocate from Cape to
Jackson according to Tom Kelsey, commercial broker with Lorimont Place,
Ltd. who handled the office lease transaction.
Kelsey said the mortgage company recently leased
professional office space at 2201 Walton Drive in Jackson.
They will occupy Suite E, which is adjacent to Thrivent
Financial. The multi-tenant
office development, owned by Chad Hartle is across from the Wal-Mart
Supercenter in Jackson. Other
tenants include H & R Block, Lakenan Insurance Agency, Thrivent
Financial, Hartle Rental and Cash Depot.
Best Rate is owned by Jason Huskey and was previously located on N.
Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau. They
offer a variety of home and commercial mortgage options and will
continue to serve the Southeast Missouri region from their new Jackson
offices. They expect to be
in their new location during the first week of March.
